Pat Kelly
(General Manager)
Pat Kelly, founder of Kelly Landscaping, has been passionate about landscaping since before his high school days at Cathedral High School. After earning his BA in Advertising and Public Relations from Franklin College in 2004, Pat turned that passion into a thriving business. He gained valuable experience throughout his teens and 20's working for both small and corporate landscaping companies for the next 15 years.
Pat and his family live in Greenwood, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children-Brady, Gabby, and Sammy. Outside of work, Pat is a lifelong sports fan, following IndyCar and cheering on the Indiana Pacers. He also enjoys attending his kids' games, kayaking and fishing on local waters.
Eric Cox
(Operations Manager)
Eric started with Kelly Landscaping in January 2016, first serving in Office Operations before stepping into his current role as Head of Field Operations. Eric is all things operations. He’s the first one at the shop every morning, making sure crews get out the door on the right foot.
Over the years, he has developed a deep passion for the landscaping industry and is always looking for ways to improve the company. A true one-of-a-kind leader, Eric goes the extra mile and isn’t afraid of a little hard work.
Sammi Palacios
(Office Manager)
Hello! My name is Sammi Rubalcava. I am the Office Manager at Kelly Landscaping. I started working for Kelly Landscaping since 2020 and I can say without a doubt that working here feels like home.
My interest for office management comes from having organizational excellence, leadership qualities, and being an important piece to the team as I handle the administrative side of the business.
I have lived in Indianapolis my whole life and I love being out in nature with my husband & three dogs; London, Dallas & Suki.
Juan Arilla
Juan joined Kelly Landscaping in July 2014 and is our most tenured Crew Leader. Over the years, he has led our commercial maintenance crews and is also our main snow crew leader. No matter the season, Juan is always on the job—whether it’s landscaping, snow removal, or maintenance. If there’s work to be done, you can bet Juan is at the shop, ready to tackle it.
Rafael Flores
"Raf" came on board in 2014, just a few months after Kelly Landscaping opened its doors. He leads our main landscaping crew and brings the most landscaping experience in the company. Raf takes pride in leaving every site in picture-perfect condition before he heads out.
Miguel Lopez
Miguel joined Kelly Landscaping in February 2015 and has been our lead maintenance crew leader ever since. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures that every property he manages is in tip-top shape. A word of caution—if Miguel offers you something spicy, do not eat it! He has a habit of downplaying the heat level, and you might end up in tears!
Jason Gray
Jason has been with Kelly Landscaping since 2019. He runs one of our landscaping crews and serves as our shop foreman. Standing tall—literally, as our tallest team member!—Jason is always the guy you can count on in a pinch.
Rodrigo Gonzalez
Rodrigo joined Kelly Landscaping in the spring of 2019, and he knows his stuff! He leads one of our large commercial maintenance crews with a sharp focus on efficiency and getting the job done right. Always ready for the next challenge, Rodrigo never says no to a task and consistently delivers excellent results. He’s not only great with our customers, but he also brings the biggest smile to the crew every day!
